100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time customer and purchase a qualifying 3-bag bundle, your order is covered by our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you use the product consistently and do not feel it was right for you, you may request a refund within 100 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
• You must be a first-time customer.
• The guarantee applies only to qualifying 3-bag bundle purchases.
• You must have genuinely tried the product as directed.
• Your refund request must be submitted within 100 days of delivery.
• Limit one guarantee claim per customer or household.
No Return Required
We do not require customers to return products in order to claim under our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To Request a Refund
Please email support@takepathway.com and include:
• Your order number
• The email address used for your purchase
• A brief explanation of your experience with the product
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Qualifying Orders
Orders that do not meet the criteria above may not be eligible for a refund.
This includes:
• Purchases made more than 100 days after delivery
• Refund requests from customers who have previously used the guarantee
• Claims suspected to involve fraud, abuse, or misuse of the policy
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@takepathway.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
