We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on qualifying 3-bag bundle purchases.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
